2.1. Platform Function: The Company functions solely as a technological hub, a travel and event search aggregator, and an affiliate redirection platform. Our primary responsibility is to facilitate the connection between the User and the Third-Party Partners.
2.2. No Direct Vending or Booking: The Company does not sell, issue, or manage the inventory (tickets, seats, rooms, etc.) displayed. We display dynamic data (prices and availability) provided by Third-Party Partners. ticketsoccers.com does not accept payments, process financial transactions, or generate booking confirmations.
2.3. The Redirection Principle: When the User selects an offer on the Site and clicks to proceed, the User is immediately and irreversibly redirected off the ticketsoccers.com Platform to the Third-Party Partner’s website. The Company's responsibilities for that offer cease at the point of redirection.
3.1. Dynamic Pricing: Prices, availability, and promotional details displayed on the Site are dynamic and subject to frequent changes by the Third-Party Partners. The Company cannot guarantee that the price displayed on the Site will be the same as the price available on the Third-Party Partner’s site at the moment of Transaction.
3.2. Final Confirmation:The final and binding price, as well as the terms of the sale, are those confirmed by the Third-Party Partner upon completion of the Transaction on their platform.
4.1. Direct Contract: By proceeding with a Transaction after being redirected, the User enters into a direct and legally binding Contract of Sale with the Third-Party Partner.
4.2. Partner Terms Govern: All aspects of the service purchased are strictly governed by the Terms and Conditions and house rules of the respective Third-Party Partner.
5.1. Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any act, error, or non-performance by the Third-Party Partner, or any financial loss incurred during the Transaction.
5.2. Dispute Resolution: All requests for modifications, cancellations, refunds, or compensation must be addressed solely and directly to the Third-Party Partner with whom the Transaction was finalized.
5.3. Specific Terms for Ticket Compensator Services: The Company's role concerning the Compensator Services is strictly limited to directing the User to the Third-Party Partner specialized in claims management. The Company makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the success, duration, or amount of any compensation claim.
6.1. Data Harvesting and Scraping: Employing any automated device, process, or means (such as "robot," "spider," "scraper," or other data mining tools) to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site data is strictly forbidden.
6.2. Commercial Exploitation: Reselling or reproducing any content for commercial or competitive activity without the express prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
6.3. Security Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, or interfering with, the Site's server infrastructure is prohibited.
7.1. Site Content: All materials, including text, graphics, designs, logos, interfaces, and software on the Site, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. Third-Party Marks: Third-Party Partner names, logos, and product information (e.g., airline names, club logos) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are displayed on the Site solely for comparison and redirection purposes.
8.1. Data Collection: The Company collects Personal Data necessary to facilitate the use of the Platform and manage communications, as detailed in the separate Privacy Policy document.
8.2. Transfer to Partners: When you click an offer, minimal Technical Data and Tracking Data are transmitted to the Third-Party Partner to ensure tracking. The handling of Personal Data post-redirection is governed by the Third-Party Partner’s Privacy Policy.
8.3. User Rights: Users retain the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of their Personal Data held by the Company, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
9.1. General Applicability: The Company may, from time to time, offer special promotions, competitions, rewards, or discounts (collectively, "Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. Specific Rules: Each Promotional Offer will be governed by separate, specific rules that will be made available on the Site. These specific rules shall prevail over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
9.3. Non-Transferability: Unless otherwise specified, rewards, credits, or prizes provided by the Company are non-monetary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

We are the Data Controller for the data we collect during your browsing, searching, and subscription activities on our Site. We are NOT the Data Controller for the data you provide to Third-Party Partners during the final Transaction.
We only collect and process data that is relevant and necessary for us to provide our Services (search, comparison, and redirection).
